? benefits for SSI?
my sister's husband is prohibited. Bad accident left him with emotional / mental issues. injection head. He receives SSI, Medicare, which are made RX & Foodstamps. That was about 6 years ago. At that time they were separated & he listed Speaking to his brother. It has been approved. Well they have tried to reconcile such many times I lost my number bc they son. Do not get me started there. But when SSI he called they said they would lose their benefit if he moves back in with Eventhough his wife, his brother what rights 3x my sister? I do not get it. Nothing is fraud he sees his physciatrist nervous, take your meds & Really can not function in another way, but they will take away his benefits if he moved with his wife and child? Not to & My brother-in-law is afraid to rock the boat & lost support because without medical insurance and that he probably made a prescription will commit suicide. My sister was appalled that we caught if it moves in & will be performing fraud?
The reason that he will take benefits is because it is his legal wife and legal responsibility to care about it. His brother is his brother, but not legal responsibility to care for him. So if he had to return with his wife and child benefits are to be taken into consideration what benefits it qualifys for. Yes Living with his brother, which is legally responsibility for it, his income is not taken cosideration below to qualify for benefits. I hope that makes sense
