your hands are usually the first place in your body to show signs of aging, and they can make you look five to 10 years older than you really are, but it's not too late to turn back the hands.

Cumulative sun exposure is the cause on large premature skin aging and now it's time to start protecting yourself. Apply a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 twice a day.
If you plan to be in strong sunlight for long periods of time, use a sunscreen that has UVA-blocking agent, that the UVA rays cause wrinkles and brown spots.
